Damaged or Defective Items

Claim Submission: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or misprinted, please submit a claim within 30 days of receiving your order. To expedite the process, you can simply send us a photograph of the item, clearly showing the issue, along with a brief description at reformemez@gmail.com.

Return: In most cases, one or two photos are all we need to process your claim. At times, there might be no need to return the damaged item, a new item will be sent right to you saving you time and hassle.
Lost Packages

Reporting Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please inform us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will work diligently to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory outcome for you.
Address and Unclaimed Shipments

Correct Address: It’s crucial to provide a correct shipping address. Shipments returned due to an insufficient address will incur reshipment costs.

Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our manufacturer's facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item to you.

SAINTZ Policy: While our manufacturer does not cover returns for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges, we at RFMZ understand that these situations can occur. We encourage you to contact us directly to discuss potential solutions, such as size exchanges or other accommodations, reflecting our commitment to your satisfaction.
